About the No. 07 Camaro:  Ray Black Jr. and the 07 team come into Las Vegas Motor Speedway this weekend full of confidence after Black obtained his best career finish of eleventh at this track back in March. Crew Chief Jason Miller will select chassis 717 for competition this weekend. Chassis 717 was previously raced at the Iowa Speedway, where Ray Black Jr tied his best career finish of eleventh. This weekend marks Black’s fifth career Xfinity Series start at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The 07 team enter the final race of the regular season 16th in the NASCAR Xfinity Series point standings and are in a ‘must win’ scenario to make the playoffs. There’s no question that Las Vegas is the perfect track for Black and the 07 team to roll the dice late in hopes of sneaking their way into the playoffs.

About the No. 08 Camaro:  A thirteenth place finish last weekend at Indianapolis Motor Speedway marked the 08 team’s fourteenth top -15 finish of the 2019 season to date. Crew Chief Patrick Donahue will select chassis 708 for competition this weekend. Chassis 708 was previously raced at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway, where Gaulding finished in the 17th position.  Gaulding will be making his second career Las Vegas Motor Speedway start in the NASCAR Xfinity Series this weekend. In his prior attempt at the 1.5- mile Speedway, Gaulding finished in the 12th position back in March.

Push for the Playoffs:
Las Vegas Motor Speedway will be the final regular season race until the 2019 playoffs begin. It has been a fantastic season for Gaulding and the 08 team to date; however, the team is still 124 points outside the playoff picture, which makes this weekend a ‘must win’ race.

TV/Radio: The Rhino Pro Truck Outfitters 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway can be seen live on Saturday, September 14th on NBCSN. Race coverage will begin at 7:30 p.m. EST, and the event can also be heard live on PRN Radio as well as SiriusXM Radio, channel 90.
