Daytona International Speedway – NASCAR Xfinity Series (February 14, 2019) – SS Greenlight Racing is set to begin it’s 2019 season at Daytona International Speedway Saturday, February 16th.  After a successful 2018 campaign, the Bobby Dotter led team is excited to bring two new faces to the team for the 2019 season. Gray Gaulding (21) will pilot the No. 08 Pure Chevrolet Camaro. Ray Black Jr. (27) returns to SS Greenlight Racing, driving Dotter’s No. 07 Chevrolet Camaro.

“The opportunity to drive for one of my closest friends and mentor, Bobby Dotter, is a true honor for me,” stated Gaulding. “I’ve never been more driven in my career to show everybody what we are capable of doing with this group of guys. I’m looking forward to fighting for a victory here in Daytona with our Pure Camaro. We plan on turning heads all season, and it all starts this weekend here in Daytona.”

“I couldn’t be more excited to get our season started here in Daytona,” stated Black. “Bobby has done so much for me over my career, so it truly feels like a homecoming to be back in his No. 07 Camaro with Isokern Fireplaces & Chimneys on board. Jason and all the guys at the shop have gone to work over this off season, and we’re ready to perform.”

About the No. 07 Camaro:  SS Greenlight Racing will bring chassis 707 to Daytona International Speedway. Ray Black Jr. has five career Xfinity Series starts at the World Center of Racing. Black made his Monster Energy Cup Series debut at Daytona in July of 2018, where he finished in the 16th position.

About the No. 08 Camaro:  SS Greenlight Racing will bring chassis 702 to Daytona International Speedway. This will be Gray Gaulding’s second career Xfinity Series start at the World Center of Racing. Gaulding made his Daytona 500 debut in the Monster Energy Cup Series in 2018 and finished in the 20th position.

TV/Radio: The NASCAR Racing Experience 300 from Daytona International Speedway can be seen live on Saturday, February 16th on FS1. Race coverage will begin at 2:30 p.m. EST, and the event can also be heard live on MRN Radio as well as SiriusXM Radio, channel 90.
