“My crew chief Patrick (Donahue) did a superb job making adjustments on our No. 08 Core Development Group | EAT SLEEP RACE Chevrolet Camaro and with every lap, I became more and more comfortable with the track Too Tough To Tame.

“I wish we would have had another 30 laps or so because I felt like our car was at its best at the end of the race and we could have battled for a top-15 effort.

“Still, it was a great effort by everyone on this team and we can take this momentum to Charlotte and hope for another strong finish.”
